I just started using it today and already got 5 new reviews!! I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Salute to you guys!!

Simple and easy to use. Just set it up so I have not seen it in action yet but I think it will work well!

This app works exactly as stated. It helps boost brand credibility with customer reviews and allows you to hear user experiences good and bad, which helps improve business processess.

This app has helped to streamline the customer review process for my online business. Now I do not have to manually email customers to leave a review. I like how the rating system will either redirect the customer that gave a high rating or not redirect to the review platforms if the customer gave a low rating. It was easy to setup, the Reputon team are very responsive should you run into any issues. This is a great tool!

Functionally fantastic, catches customers that might not be fully satisfied so you can help make them happy. The email template and their own review site are not very pleasing visually, but ok. There is not a lot of guidance on setting up your URLs but it's pretty straightforward.

So far I really like this app .it help to get a better understanding of your customer's experience

I just added this app to my shopify store so i hope its good! Im a little unclear as to why the google widget has to be added separately. A single package would be more user friendly.

A very nice app which does a great job, great to have the opportunity to respond to our customers on less good feedback without no fuss. We give our thumbs up for this. Only thing was a few misspelling for translation. They promised to take care of this soon.
