Reputon Customer Reviews App

I always am apprehensive about using apps, So far so good. I was looking in Podium which is very similar but Reputon works and is way less cost.

I used this app to increase my google rating which was very bad when I took over the business , two weeks in and now we're 4.6 Great app highly recommended

great ap, it was easy to install, free to start with 50 emails a month! and it directly gave us some new good reviews!

This app is great. It notifies me when reviews are only "satisfactory" - allowing me to contact the customer to find out what the issue is and resolve it to make them happy! So glad I added this app to my shop.

This app is really good in filtering the bad feedback. Very user friendly, it is very easy to set up. Good customer service, replied to me within a day. The only thing I wished if I could see the list of customers this app has sent the email to, instead of just numbers.

THis app is great. It helps us with the reviews. The good reviews goes google and the bad goes to us.

I’ve been looking for an app like this for awhile and decided to try this one. Within the first couple hours, I received four 5 star reviews. I’ll definitely be upgrading here soon

I love how we can capture negative reviews - a lot of times the negatives we get are from people who have never contacted our store so this is really helpful!

so far so good. we have gotten a few reviews from it. wish they had a plan in between 150 and 500 monthly. but oh well

This app is amazing. Really easy to use. highly recommended for all stores to increase trust to customers.

Works great so far. Like that there are options I can customize to our business without having to pay for a higher tier. 7-19-21 update - blocked bad review that was due to shipping company destroying box which we had no control over once it left our store. Thank you

Good app and helped build up my Google reviews. Only downside is that I struggled to change the design of the email template to fit in with my website style

I've been using the app for 24 hours so far, we received 1 email / review already where we can address the customer issue prior to be released to the public and we've received 2 public 5 star reviews. We started with no public reviews and we are building our web-based reviews from scratch. We are quite please so far.

Great add for my store. Installed it and got my first new review the very next day. Wish i had installed it sooner

It's not showing my reviews on my website after sending me an email that said I had 17 reviews to view.

seem to work during the 1st 24h batch ( about 8 review for 40 email) ... then, no review for all other email ( 70+ ). Not sure that it work for real... this ratio is impossible.

I used this app to start receiving reviews on our new business. I will update this review very soon.
