Wonderful experience. Complete reverse order process automated. Recommend to add more LSP partners and create a provision to refund while picking up the order. Fabulous team for responding and closing the queries raised.

If I could 50 stars, I would. Return Prime is such an easy to use app. It took me 15 mins to figure it all out, and I love how easy it is to give our customers an optimal return experience. This is an incredible app, however the best part about it was the onboarding experience. Shubham was just fantastic - he was patient, answered all my questions and made sure I was set up for success. Post launch, he was available to hop on as many calls (not that we needed it) in case if we faced any issues. He even offered to train my dispatch team, which saved me so much time and saved our company 100s of hours in managing and tracking returns. Highly recommend the team and would recommend other vendors to learn from their merchant success offered.

Wow wow wow! The onboarding experience was super easy. I had a slight hiccup with the installation, but their amazing customer support Wonder was an absolute dream in helping me not only install the code, but customise the graphics to correspond with our website. All the while communicating with some kick arse GIF's that made me smile while I waited. Once I thought our conversation was coming to an end, they said they would quickly check our logistics integration. Like, talk about going above and beyond.

Top app for returns and exchange management. The setup allows for complete customization. It is very nice that support listens to customers' needs and develops the app in their image. We have been using it for about 8 months and it has developed incredibly month after month, adding more and more features. Top customer support and super nice!

I was struggling to set up my return path with some apps for the last week. Fortunately, I found Return Prime app and installed it to my Shopify store. Soon after installing the app their team contacted me and they have done everything for me from their end. They have guided me to select logistic partner as well.
