What impressed me the most was their user-friendly automated return and exchange system. If you're looking for a company that excels in addressing return and exchange issues, and values a straightforward refund process, I highly recommend Refund Prime Company. service is incredible.

I had a great customer service call with Shubham. I had been using the app for a year but not to it's full potential so I highly recommend doing a call with their call center. He taught me how to automate more processes to save my warehouse's team time and efficiencies. Also how to set up more parameters around what products can be returned or exchanged. And introduced me to this new system that offers customers discounts to deter returns and change them to exchanges. It was a very productive call and Shubham was very helpful.

I just installed this app to my store. So I can’t really give a review on the app as of yet… but what I will say is that the customer service representative are phenomenal and I had the pleasure to be assisted by “Wonder” she was patient and such a big help she made sure to answer all my questions and help set my entire account up with the app. Keep up the great work . I will follow up with a review about the app once I see how well it works for my store

Been on Shopify for more than 4 years and never experienced the level of helpfulness and enthusiasm from customer service as I did from the Order returns team. Answered all my questions and helped us get set up with ease. Highly recommend.

Relying on Apps on Shopify can be a pain but with the right customer service, anything is possible. Return Prime is a very accommodating company and the ability to customize and respond quickly keep my days on track. RP has been very transparent as to what is not available in the application but will also jump through hoops to make your special request happen in a timely manner. I am looking forward to see what they release in the near future as we strive to be more accommodating to our customer base as well. The app is great as well!
