We just started using this app and the app is far better than what other options we got in store. This app streamlines the return, and exchange process and saves you lots of time and resources. There are some features missing and we hope the team will work on it. The onboarding was seamless, and the set up incredibly easy. The support team is very friendly, helpful, and responsive, one of the best things about the app.

The Return Prime App has definitely made my store more convenient. As team members Shubham & Greeva who frequently dealing with the issues regarding integration. However, this app has streamlined the entire process and made it remarkably hassle-free.

Great Potential with Exceptional Support Return Prime App has been a valuable addition to our website, streamlining various tasks and improving efficiency. While there's room for improvement in some features, the dedicated sales and support team has been exceptional. They've tirelessly worked to find workarounds for our concerns, even when the tech front wasn't fully ready. Overall, we rate it 5 stars as of now However we anticipate further growth and enhancements with future updates.

I don't know what took me so long. Customer support is very attentive, pleasant, and helpful. Allowed me to customize the app exactly as I need for my customer base. Held my hand thru the process. Now I've simplified a process that used to take my time away.
