Great CS support while setting up the app! Still figuring it out but seems like it will meet all of our needs to streamline and help with our return/exchange process and giving our customers a better experience!

What brilliant service! I had a small issue with defining a product tag and support sorted the issue out in less than 5 minutes! ' Wonder ' responded within seconds and resolved it within minutes. I'm not savvy at all with regard to adding Apps and making sure they work and function properly. But I was blessed to have the opportunity to work with Greeva with Return Prime customer service. Greeva was able to assist me with setting up my account with ease. Basically, Greeva said, sit back and let me get you setup! This was one of the best customer service experiences that I ever experienced.

Their product allows us to have an industry-standard return and exchange process, improving our customer experience, as well as our internal management of returns by providing us a workflow that we can actually operate and monitor very easily. From my experience, their support staff is easily available and can help with everything we've ended up needing. Integrates with Shipstation, too, so managing return shipping is automated and easy. I do recommend!
