Hands down the best value return app I've found. Support is excellent too. And by best value, I don't mean less functionality. The functionality matches other more expensive apps too. If you're a small firm without the budget for some of the more well known return apps, you won't be disappointed choosing this one. (and special thanks to Adebayo for the most timely support and quick solutions)

Return Prime has been such a game-changer for our store to set up automated returns. Customer service is amazing, quick and seamless live chat. Their team has been unbelievably responsive whenever we had questions. The integration with Shopify feels effortless and it’s taken a huge workload off our plate ... no more manual back-and-forth or messy tracking. Highly recommend to any brand looking for a polished, reliable returns solution!

I would recommend Returns Prime not only for how convenient it is, but support if equally fabulous, specially Adebayo. A must for all online retailers.

First day I spent 6 hours trying to set up this app for my business model. I contacted support and they just kept saying "we are here to help", but didn't explain properly what I had to do, only half words. There's not a single tutorial video on the whole youtube or the app, the FAQ section has outdated tutorial with functions that have changed. Then I booked their expert support where you can have a meeting with them, share your screen and they can explain, I spent 12 minutes waiting in the meeting room and nobody has showed up. Worst experience ever since running my Shopify.
