Amazing app and support is very helpful, they were very quick to respond and all questions were answered and all issues were resolved within few minutes. Hi Earlier we were doing manual returns via mails and other channels which were not channelised and cumbersome. With Returns prime- all our returns are now easily processed and sent for pickup. The customer queries have reduced a lot. Fully recommend this app

This product is all you need for your after-service in D2C. I saw many other apps, but the user experience it provides and its features are pretty unbelievable. It is undoubtedly the best product, the smooth handling of multiple returns to managing exchange for higher to lower value orders. I am yet to explore the bot and other advanced features of the tool. I am already amazed though. Kudos to the team.

One of the best apps available for Return & Exchange management on Shopify. I have been using the app since 3-4 months now and it works seamlessly. Their main USP is to push for exchanges as against just accepting Returns. Support team is quite open to feedbacks and improvements. Also the team is very highly equipped to understand the nuances and figure out a solution. Big shout out to SHUBHAM who has dealt with my innumerable questions and for assisting me regarding all issues.

I just added this to my store. I wanted to start off with the free plan with 5 requests a month. I was setting up everything and noticed I have to pay $19.99 a month to be able to let my customers exchange for other products. That seems a little pointless to me and does not make any sense. If you are going to allow up to 5 requests (exchanges and returns) for a free plan, shouldn't that include any EXCHANGE? or at least offer a free trial? I will be switching to another app unfortunately.
