After going through 3-4 return apps searching for one that best fits our needs I decided to give this one a try. Return Prime is the absolute best. I am the furthest from tech savvy and it was an easy install. Everything was up and running quickly. I ran into a few minor issues because I neglected to complete a few tasks on the back end. I contacted the support via chat and my issues were resolved within minutes. As a business owner time is so Important. I feel like my time was valued and a resolve was important to the tech. Thank you for going above and beyond, "Wonder"

This app gives return AND EXCHANGE functionality for a great price. Other apps make you pay $$$ for both those features. Also, the app works really well and the onboarding experience was absolutely fantastic. They inject humor into the process to actually make it fun and funny along the way. The customer service is wonderful. I was so happy to find this app!

I cannot recommend Return Prime enough! I was struggling managing returns on my own and Return Prime is the perfect solution to my problems. Their team is super responsive and so helpful. They helped integrate Return Prime onto my storefront and were willing to hop on a call whenever I had questions. If you are looking to make your return process seamless and pain-free, this is the app for you!

I havent used it yet but the developer contacted me and explained every detail via google meeting. And setted up the app for meş And it seems like it is great to lead refunds and to build trust among customers. Also all functions are opened to the users. The difference between pro and free plan is the numbers of customers’ refund issues per month. You can decide to the plan according to your needs.

Listen Return Prime 5 MORE STARS ***** TO MAKE IT 10 STARS, Highly recommended and this isn't a joke, they have awesome features that makes sense and set you up for success. I had a rep just now his name is Shubham, he went above and beyond for me to ensure he teaches me how to use the app and even volunteered in editing my policy pages making sure everything made sense, I'll be upgrading to the paid plan soon to enabled some more features, what you guys are waiting on please reach out to return prime and let them walk you through the app. Shubham your a boss bro thanks alot, and please send me an email so i can get the email you left me I accidentally closed the meeting and lost the email but hope you can see this review

Good app. Simple to understand and support is second to none. We're a UK business with three warehouse locations. Having the best time setting this app up! It was really important to me to pick a returns page that matched my business branding and this was it for me. I am a new user of this app but am a big fan already and super excited about it. As a new and small business we do not get a lot of return requests so having a company willing to allow us a free entry level returns option is huge. Scaling up the cost still looks fair as well. This app offers a one hundred percent functional returns page for your customer. Customer service is beyond patient and prompt when contacted. I am loving this app. You will too! Thank you!
