One click reverse pickup, another click create an exchange, simple and effective. We are using this from last 90 days and the experience is WAOO. A must have app for all D2C brands.

App eccezionale, integrata perfettamente con Shopify. Anche free ha tutte le funzioni necessarie per gestire i resi al meglio. Ha anche tutte le notifiche automatiche relative alle varie casistiche e tutti i messaggi sono personalizzabili in italiano. Direi perfetta!

After going through 3-4 return apps searching for one that best fits our needs I decided to give this one a try. Return Prime is the absolute best. I am the furthest from tech savvy and it was an easy install. Everything was up and running quickly. I ran into a few minor issues because I neglected to complete a few tasks on the back end. I contacted the support via chat and my issues were resolved within minutes. As a business owner time is so Important. I feel like my time was valued and a resolve was important to the tech. This app gives return AND EXCHANGE functionality for a great price. Other apps make you pay $$$ for both those features. Also, the app works really well and the onboarding experience was absolutely fantastic. They inject humor into the process to actually make it fun and funny along the way. The customer service is wonderful. I was so happy to find this app!

I cannot recommend Return Prime enough! I was struggling managing returns on my own and Return Prime is the perfect solution to my problems. Their team is super responsive and so helpful. They helped integrate Return Prime onto my storefront and were willing to hop on a call whenever I had questions. If you are looking to make your return process seamless and pain-free, this is the app for you!

Good app. Simple to understand and support is second to none. We're a UK business with three warehouse locations. The app is 90% there to supporting all our needs, but the support has listened to all our feedback and are actioning everything we need to make this work smoothly for us. Would recommend
