It's an awesome app when it come to smooth return/exchange customer experience, that too with your own branded return page. In the earlier app we there were not much options to return and re-ship the return items to the customer, but with this app we can do all that with much ease. The team is also very supportive particularly Shubham who helped us very much during onboarding process and was very proactive & patient towards resolving our queries even after onboarding. Just one thing if you guys can introduce the bulk refund in a single order, means if there are multiple products to be refunded in a single return request then we have to issue the total refund by mapping one product only instead of all the product. All the very best team Return Prime !

My experience with Wonder was great... i was having issues with my return prime not showing up and she was able to fix the problem within 10 mins ....very informative on the process and had lots of patience with my concerns.. thanks so muchh!!!

I switched to Return Prime from another service more than 1 year ago. I find the app useful, with many good features like Exchange for any product in the store, various refund options for my customers, incl. bank transfer which is absolutely needed for the markets my store operates. The back-end works smooth and my overall experience with Return Prime is positive. The team behind the app is very responsive and open for new features and improvements.

Edited 1/23/26 - We have been long time users of this app, but will be looking for a change. Support has gone downhill. Documentation is limited at best. Features change without notice despite claims that notifications were sent to the admin. It functions fine for the most part and provides a reasonably good customer experience, but when problems or questions do come up, it has become unbearable. Still in the final setup phases of this app, but so far fairly happen. I did find that it doesn't integrate perfectly with UPS for automation (auto-approval of requests), but otherwise the customer interface is great and the admin interface is straightforward. The support chat is pretty quick and helpful as well. Looking forward to getting fully up and running. Added to this, while we run into issues every now and then, the Return Prime CS team is always very quick to address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We also no longer utilize UPS and would love to see Return Prime work with FedEx for our return labels so we will be keeping the rating at 4 stars at least until that is available.

I just started using it and have done one exchange. The process was very easy. I am mostly writing this review now because onboarding and set-up was very easy between the parts I did on my own and the customization I asked support to help with. The person who helped me was amazing! They were able to answer every question I had. Awesome first impression. Glad I switched from the very expensive app - Aftership which wanted to charge me $119 just to add the ability to do exchanges in addition to returns. Thanks Return Prime for making this switch easy.

I wanted to use this help to provide a quick and easier option for my clients and us as a business, when it comes to the return process. I tried to set everything by myself, however, I needed help along the way and their team provided that. They were quick and efficient to solve the problem we encountered. Their team is always available and just a click away. So far, so good! Great experience and I definitely recommend using their app. It makes our lives much easier ;)
