Just installed the app and happy it does so much more for the same price as our last returns app. The support was AWESOME! They were there on the live chat immediately and walked me through all the steps needed to get set up. I find the app incredibly user friendly and very easy to navigate. Thanks Return Prime!

After trying many similar services, I find that this application is great (pricing - customer service - ease - they take into account that every store has a brand and customization is very easy).

Update - we have faced some minor issues with requests we needed but each and every time we get responses immediately and new solutions found for our requests. Shubham and team are so very accommodating and helpful in finding the solutions to make this very seamless. Our returns and exchange options have transformed to the best with their app! Definitely recommend it! We have been struggling to find the right platform to facilitate our returns and exchanges. not only does return prime provide the option for customers to exchange their items but it is so smoothly linked with shopify that almost everything is automated and updated throughout the process. we have been working with Shubham to get the portal customised to our very specific needs and he has done above above and beyond to create something tailored to our needs. He worked so hard and was so helpful the entire process was amazing. We canot wait to continue using it (we processed a couple of requests and so far its been excellent) Thank you Shubham and team!!!!

We work in a very technical business selling TV Parts so we needed a very specific and technical returns app. Return Prime met all of our needs with flying colors and in fact, we required some custom coding to alter our return portal and the team at Return Prime took care of us ASAP. Their support and technical teams are very communicative and honest and they helped us come to a custom solution for our business. We employ a lot of apps on the Shopify Marketplace and Return Prime is by far the best supported and active team we have ever worked with. We cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and if they develop any other applicable products for our industry you can bet we will be the first ones to install them!

Brilliant and thoughtful app. The developers of this app have included all the possible use cases of the return-refund-exchange process. User and seller friendly interface. Prompt support team. The team was extremely helpful while onboarding process and resolving our concerns. Definitely recommend for channelizing the Returns Process

We tried most of the apps in this category and this one is the best one. It's easy to use yet provides a lot of functionalities. It also takes into account cash on delivery orders, providing an option to return the money to the customer's bank account which is a big plus for us since we have many COD payments.

I have installed this app in my stores and it did its work really well. Very easy to install & user-friendly dashboard. There is an option to upload multiple images but I would like to suggest that there should be an option for the customers to upload invoice images and product images separately and should be compulsory. Overall this app is perfect for returns and exchange requests. Happy with their service.

The Live Chat feature of this app is fantastic and the support and assistance provided is great. They were super prompt and helped me solve all my problems quickly. The dashboard, integration and all the other features are also great and extremely user friendly. I would definitely recommend this app to all the shopify merchants out there

It's a amazing App for returns & exchange feature. I would recommend it to others to make reverse process easier. I also appreciate their customer support team. They listen to your concerns and even provide additional details required to make the process easier. A big Thumps Up!
