I amazed on how this app works, i just started to use it, and the main think I love is the Customer Service, I never had such a easy experience like now, these guys are quick and to the point, keep up with your great work.

I really like this return app! The set up is very easy but the customer service is also extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to help you get everything ready for easy returns. The user interfaces very simple on the merchant side as well as the customer side. They also set it up so that it matches your website so everything looks seamless. I'm really happy with Return Prime!

I just recently installed this app so I am still trying it out but so far it's pretty good. The app itself looks good not only to use but when it's integrated into your site. There are some small things where you may need to reach out to support for help on (for instance I was having trouble putting a link in for my refund policy) but their support responds quickly when online and the customer support is friendly and willing to help. I will update my review after I try it for a bit longer.

I like this app because it integrates a return section that my customers can easily have access to. The customer service is amazing as well. When I have a question, they are always available and efficient!

The app is working just fine, the customer support is amazing. Saket helped me with all the issues I was facing.

I needed a simple solution for a growing store that doesn't get many return requests, yet I wanted a portal for the customer to go to that would reject any requests past X days. And this does the trick without adding costs to my operation. It integrated with the store easily, and allows me to customize my messages to the customer based on what they intend to do. I don't need to connect to a logistics solution as all I wanted was a place for them to request and I take it from there via email. This worked perfectly. Customer support on chat was available and very helpful with my questions.
