This app provides a seamless return and exchange experience to our customers. Before we used to do return and exchanged manually. With increase in the number of orders, the manual process got hectic and our customer experience was getting bad. With this app, our manual process is reduced and now our staff can focus on more productive things. This app seems solving many of our staff and customer experience issues. Our customer are happy with speedy return and exchange process. Thank you so much for making such a wonderful app.

9/10 actually. I have been using the app for like 6 months now and encountered some non-app-related but could-be-solved-by-app problems. E.g shopify archives orders automatically, and the customers cannot raise return request since their order is archived. Also the orders must be fulfilled before the customers try to raise a request. I mean I see the logic but not that practical :) But the help center is insane!!! I am not sure how the person works that efficient but there has been no issue that they can't solve. Responds real fast with real solutions.

Outstanding service and app, includes all we need. We are fulfilling our shopify orders with Amazon and have been looking a while now for a simple return possibility for our clients. Return Prime has all we need: DHL (Germany) Interface, a customizable return center and customizable emails. The app will save us a lot of time each month and makes returns a lot easier for our customers. Their customer service is also notable, they provided quick help with a small interface issue we had and even translate an email template for us. Thank you guys, keep up the good work!

Don't know if we love the app more or the team making it all possible ! Sanket and team have gone above and beyond conventional systems to tailor the app to our store's needs and return policies. We had different policies for different kind of products, so we had to manually take actions with respect to the kind of products sold but the team at Return Prime has helped us create a seamless experience to manage returns and build a return centre that minimised our need to manually manage returns via e-mails and automate the tiresome process. This has enabled us to build a strong foundation for scaling and creating trust with customers (like us) who feel frustrated to write a mail for a thing as simple as a creating a return :D Super greatfull to the "wonder"full team, highly appreciate their perspective of making things happen!

I have been using this app for a month and it has really helped streamline my returns and exchanges. The entire returns process on my website has become seamless and makes the website extremely professional. Only one tiny quibble - I wish the app is updated to include exchanges with other SKUs of the same value too.

We tried a lot apps, buts thats the one with the most automation and other individuell settings. Moreover the customer service is reachable in only seconds via live chat and the try to male everything possible. Great service and great App!

Update: Unfortunately, we were not able to move forward with the Return Prime: Order Return by Appsdart. The app requires the customer to request a separate return for every single line-item on the order. Most of our orders have multiple line-items, and this would be a major inconvenience for our customers, and for us on the back-end. We reached out to Appsdart about this, and were hoping a solution could be created. After a few weeks of waiting, it does not appear a solution has been achieved, and we will have to continue searching for an app that meets our needs. First, we want to say how much we appreciate the incredible support and service we have received while setting up the Return Prime: Order Return app. We wish all Shopify app developers were so incredibly responsive. We are using the Return Prime: Order Return app because we were looking for an app that was clean and simple, and that we could modify to meet our specific needs (such as generating our own RMA/RGA numbers). As we set up the app (which was very easy), we ran across a few things that we needed to modify, reached out to the developer and received an almost instantaneous every time. Not only was the response quick, the solution provided was perfect. Appsdart has won us over, and we intend to be a loyal user.
