This App is easy to install and their customer service is impeccable. The fact that you can link your mail carriers and have automatic labels sent to the client for a return, is a game changer. Plus, you can charge a flat rate return price to the client as well.

They will guide you through the entire account setup with accuracy and ease to ensure your returns page/process is nothing short of immaculate. I have been trying to find a simple yet effective app that can save us the hassle of items return, exchange and refund for months. Which during I kept trying a lot of solutions from very well established companies. Truly was frustrating experience as none of them could deliver what we were looking for. Until by chance I ran into return-prime which did not not take more than 15 minutes to discover that this is the app we were looking for. Chatted with the developer post midnight. Response was almost instantaneous, which was unexpected at that time. Developer seems to know how to go about the Return problems Shopify users face. They have a setting to set up Return Policies based on Days (Calculated on Delivery Date or Order Date, whichever is available), that really was good thinking. Integrated with multiple couriers. So far, smooth experience.
