just installed the app, very user friendly, got a few adjustments i needed to make and customer service fixed it for me in a few hours.

We are in trial period right now, but the app is marvelous! The support team is extremely helpful and they really have our sicere gratitude forever! How can you not recommend someone who goes beyond their obligations just to solve your problems? They solved super fast an ugly issue generated by other app. Not what anyone would do... I REALLY TRULLY RECOMMEND THEM! The app works smooth and the suppor team is the best I've ever seen.

Pretty good app and cheaper than the previous one we were using. Had an issue with automatic shipping labels, but that was resolved. Very good customer service as they are always trying to improve their app.

Great support team and the app offers a lot of features. I had a custom theme that couldn't be installed by the app automatically and their developers team fixed in 15 minutes.

We have been using Return Prime since it launched and its great to see the product evolving everyday to meet customer requirements. It's simple to set up and allows for multiple integrations helping us track our returns and exchanges better and reduce chances for manual error. Overall a great app for managing returns and exchanges! Hope they launch notifications on text / whatsapp soon as that will definitely help make our CRM smoother. A few more tweaks here and there and we will have a perfect product at our hands. Also the customer service and response times are exemplary, kudos to the team!

Return Prime is one of the most exceptional apps on Shopify marketplaces. Wouldn't have imagined handling returns and scaling our venture without them. Kudos to Saket and team for providing exceptional support and improving the app while incorporating the feedbacks.

We just implemented this app for our Returns process and have been very happy with it. There were some functionality issues we were having, but they were so quick to address them and fix them. Also, they have been willing to add functions for us to better service our customers.

We used this app , and really find is easy to use . The preface is quite easy to understand and very approachable. Also , all the queries are quickly resolved by the team. The team is really responsive to our query and gives quick resolution.
