Good Support. Some features need to be added, Like email notification for the admin for any return/exchange.

Really happy with the support and guidance provided by the team. They helped us set up the return and exchange workflow smoothly and were very responsive during the entire process.

DONT USE THIS APP, ITS SCAM and aLEAST SUPPORTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I do not have any active subscription, and I already cancelled the service and deleted the app completely. Despite this, I am still being charged, which is unacceptable. We already contacted THE support team but the response was extremely unhelpful. there are alot of better options available and most important thing is to have good support which is missing with this App.

great service for on boarding

Great app to manage returns & exchanges.

Do not trust this app if you expect any level of customer service. I was managing the St. Clair website and reached out to their support team regarding our configuration. Zero response. Having an app team ghost you during a live project is a massive risk for any e-commerce business. Their lack of professionalism forced us to switch to a competitor. Truly disappointing experience.
