Installed this to help manage returns and made a slight error when I coded in some features. They were able to chat with me and fix things for the store. So far so good.

Just started using this app today and needed help with a small detail. I contacted customer service in the chat and not only were they extremely helpful and got it done for me in a matter of minutes, but their sense of humor was top notch!
