This app is very expensive. $400 per month if you want the app to be usable. We cannot use this app for this reason. We reached out on chat with no response. We are choosing a new app

Many of our customers are happily using the AfterShip Essentials 60 monthly plan for $23 and we'd recommend you go for that option since only for 1-3 returns monthly. More return routing & zones are available on our higher plans considering that merchants who have higher returns will comparatively require more options to manage their returns.
