So far, the app is working really well. There was a lot of features to setup, but everything was well documented. Support service is also really quick and helpful!

Damandeep was awesome! He was patient and I can't be more grateful in times like today. Most people would close out the ticket after one minute of no response. He stayed on with me for a long time and made sure my issue was resolved. Thanks again!

Had a question about the returns policy workflows and if it could be arranged. Purima sorted and resolved it within 10 minutes. The app works perfectly, and I have not had any issues with it in 3 years. Thanks team!

Great returns solution with strong customization and automation. The branded returns page works seamlessly with Shopify. Karan provided excellent support today — clear, professional, and very helpful throughout the setup. Highly recommended.
