Good app. I Would probably recommend to friends at work. This app is what ive been looking for and it delivers on every thing. Real simple to use and i see my self using it over again.

This app is great, makes the returns process so much easier and trackable. Easy to setup, easy to add own custom subdomain but most importantly it allows you to give clear return instructions to customers.

So far I am LOVING AfterShip. I've only had it for a few weeks now but it really does simplify the return process. So much quicker and easier than handling it on my own. A great app that I recommend to anyone who accepts returns.

Updated review after their change to the new app: I used to like this app very much, but their decision to change to the new app is just absurd. Starting with ridiculous price of 40$ per month (really??), then followed by taking the app outside of Shopify dashboard (very uncomfortable) and ending in the new so-called new design of the returns page (tiny store logo, hero image non-responsive really, and most of all - no place or formatting options for the important returns policy information for the customers).... I´ll have to look for something else now, very disappointed... My old review: Great app, incredible that it is free! Works perfectly for my shop www.lemiche.com till now and its very practical for the customers and the workflow, I´d definitely recommend it!

This is a great app. It’s easy to install and works wonderfully on my theme. It makes my website more professional. Check it out: www.lussocitta.com Update: I don't mind paying for the app, however this dramatic increase in price is hurting. Still trying out this new version, hopefully I don't need to delete it like others.

Really easy to install and get things up and running. Works really well and has simplified the returns procedure.
