I had trouble installing it, initially. I had to uninstall and reinstall and a couple days later it works. Overall, it is a very easy to use app. I have not had the chance to observe how it works on my store. However, I like the fact that this app takes care of the return process for my store.

SUPER simple to set up. Works really well from both a customer and retailer perspective. Very happy and provides a great solution to manage the returns process. And what's more, it's free! Amazing.

I've had aftership installed for about a month, now. I have to say, it's a clean design and merged very well with my theme. It simplified the process and really cleans up the "returns policy" section of my store. Beautiful work. Extremely simply, yet, one of most favorite apps due to that fact. Highly recommended. I second the feature request to customize email, so I can link to RETURNS@my_domain.___

So far so good. But our customers keep sending the emails about "Add Tracking"-a page comes up with some errors, so they can't add a tracking number. Other than that, this app is absolutely convenient for both customer and us.

JESUS CHRIST, THEY CHANGED THE FREE APP TO $40 a month?? well i guess even if one person stays he is going to be happy, he will be getting A LOT MORE than what he invested! totally not worth it. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST, ALSO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THEY WOULD NEVER GET BACK TO YOU. Clicking on my store logo implies it should take the customer to my store, but it does not so, When asked support about this fix, they said they won't care because there are not enough requests for it and they won't care about my request! Basically if a customer click on that link and is taken away to their page, their only way out of that page is to click on BROWSER's BACK button, or to close that tab and open a new one, Can you imagine such poor design and they are not willing to do this easy fix because I am the only one who told them about this bad design.

It's a free and smart App for return products, it is very easy to setup and helpful for our Store. We recommend this app
