Incredibly Simple and easy setup and ready for use app. The return management is very intuitive and easy to use for customers. The app being free for use deserves a 5 star rating. Kudos to AfterShip Team.

This is definitely a MUST have if you don't have an army of customer service to manage customer expectations and it's FREE!

So far the app seems to be working great! My only complaint is that when I try and preview the emails that are going to customers (this is an option in the app) it comes up blank. I have reached out to the support center @ AfterShip, but have not yet received any response....So I'm giving them 3 stars.

So far so good! It can be confusing between this in another product they have sharing the same interface.

Way To Go! AfterShip Returns Center makes your Return Policy execution so easy. The app reduces lots of headache and effort. It is a "MUST HAVE" in all stores. The returns are automatic and easy, spontaneous. Very Good App! My recommendation: GO FOR IT!

Very useful app. Perfect timing as well. Wouldn't know how to even begin to start a return form for my customers if it wasn't for this app!!!

Returns center was super easy to set up and has worked extremely well for our store. We love that a third party can handle everything for us but that our customers are still happy!

It was a really helpful app. To keep me track my customer parcel/package easily. Really recommend it to the Shopify user.

Seems like it should work. I created a mock return request and all seemed to work well. The reason I didn't give if the full 5 stars is I think they could improve it by adding an option for customers to submit a picture of a defect. That way the seller could make an immediate decision to refund or replace the item without the customer having to return a parcel and wait for it to arrive and be inspected before a decision is made. If that option already exists, forgive my ignorance but I didn't see it in options.
