Just installed it but it was quick and easy to set up. CS was helpful too! Only 4 stars because I haven't yet had customers use it.

The app is good it's efficient and saves time because it provides a ton of services so I don't have to use a lot of apps. The service is good. I just think it's faster during the day. I always do work late at night and early morning so it's a bit slow but not horrible.

Its a very good app although the pricing is a bit too high, and i would accept 5-8$ dollar range anythign higher is a bit crazy but this app is good, but customer service is good.

After going back and forth with customer support they have agreed to push my case with the developers about an issue with their mobile version of the returns system. There was an issue where on some mobile devices and the latest IOS safari browsers the "Next" button was not appearing and or disappearing leaving our customers unable to make a return. This meant our time was spent completing returns for our customers. At first they were unable to help even after I proved there was an issue by providing video proof of the problem. Now they have agreed to show the developers and to do something about it. I'm bumping them up to 4 stars as they ultimately decided to do something about the issue and the system is actually pretty good. I'm leaving a star off as its a pain in the A** to get them to actually help you.
First, please accept our apology for the experience you had. It is unfortunate to know that you didn't have the best experience using our app and facing an issue with the return button via mobile. However, this is not the experience we want to provide to our users. We work really hard to make our app user-friendly and provide a great support experience. For starters, their chat-based help is excellent and quick to help at all hours of the day, 7 days a week. I used their chat a bunch to get setup and they're very good. We are pretty high volume PLUS account and order volumes are growing. We wanted to enable a self-service Returns Center and choose their Premium service because it is marketed as including auto-refunds (the key element we were looking for). Not until you sign up and go through implementation do you realize that you cannot have auto-refunds unless you also pay for their Order Tracking app. I was upset about their marketing tactics because Returns Center info page says nothing about needing Order Tracking. Due to our order volume, however, we were going to need an even pricier version of this app just to get the auto-refund feature. I spoke with one of their sales reps, explained the situation, he empathized and agreed and came back with a very helpful discount. We also selected Return Center PREMIUM because it offers self-service return label generation and printing. But, when that part was being configured, again we learned we needed another app (postmen) in order to print return labels using our own FedEx account. It gets 5 stars for functionality when you take into account all the apps you need to achieve your goals and their customer service via chat is top notch. However, I take away 1-star because their pricing and marketing of features is borderline bait-and-switch and not transparent.

We migrated to AfterShip Returns Center from Return Magic and the workflow is familiar when processing refunds. ASRC hits a similar price-to-features ratio with their essentials plan. There are some nickel and dime charges that are kinda annoying like having to pay extra for multiple users on the back end. The jump from essentials to pro is huge, and it's a bummer that they lock some basic features like app proxy behind the higher tier. You're forced to direct customers off your site to their portal. Want to love some of the automations like auto-receive and auto-refund once the package arrives but it's limited to giving full refunds only. We offset shipping costs for returns by charging a flat fee that gets processed when issuing the refund, and it has options to include that when manually processing things. If it did that with auto-refund, I'd give it 5 stars despite the other shortcomings. That'd save us a ton of time. I'd say set-up is medium difficulty, but not too bad. Maybe a half a day if you really dive into branding and customization and you've got a good bank of content to work with. Customer support was super responsive and helpful unless things start to get too technical. All in all. I think it's a good solution for us. We don't have a ton of volume for returns and exchanges, so the price is right for our needs. Having a portal with some automation definitely saves us time.

So far so good. A little confusing to configure, but support is great! They respond to chat inquiries within minutes, and are actually helpful!

I have the app mostly set up though we haven't actively started using it yet. I had to contact support for several things and their response and knowledge was timely and very helpful.

This app has been a life saver. It is not the most intuitive to set up and can be a bit wonky at first but once you get the hang of it, it works great .

Have switched over from Return magic. It is similar, but i believe it works better from the customer side. we are still working out some little issues as we are new to it. ive had to ask customer support for help a few times, but they always answer very quickly, and have helped my issues. 5 star once i figure it all out.

At first I had some issues with customizing the return page with my brand name. Customer support was extremely helpful and fixed it right away. Also has a free plan which is great for start ups. I gave it 4 stars because I as transferred to 3 different reps before I was helped.
