Please add the ability to edit already rejected returns. If you accidentally reject a return there is no way to go back unless you clear the entire customer database which really is not the best solution.

The app works great if the return is for a single box. We have processed hundreds of returns with this app and have been relatively satisfied overall. One challenge: If a customer has multiple boxes to return, there is no way to provide multiple shipping labels to the customer. At that point, we need to manually create electronic shipping labels and email over to the customer. This defeats the purpose of the app. Additionally, In the past month, I've seen a large volume of customers say they never received the secondary email after we've approved them for a return. At that point, there is no way for me to re-send the confirmation email (which contains the optional return label for them to print). As such, I typically need to manually save their return label and send it over to them on my own. Again, this completely defeats the purpose. It would also be nice to be able to easily change shipping label weight and dimensions for each return as we have hundreds of different size and weight packages. If you need a return solution for single, uniform boxes, this app should be great for you. If you need anything flexible or variable (or if you have customers who potentially don't receive emails from the app) then you might not be satisfied with this app.

Awesome, however so hard to find out where to edit email templates that are being sent to customers. How can we edit that? :S Been trying to find it for 15 minutes now.

The app has been useful to assist in returns, however we often experienced difficulties opening the app to use.

Good price and easy to use. Wasn't able to customise notifications sent to a customer, so am leaving a review to hopefully unlock this capability

Seems fine so far, apart from a few bugs (and outside of basically forcing you to review the product if you want to access all features).

The support is one of the worst I've seen so far for a Shopify app. They seem to not be able to understand my questions. The 3 stars are for the interfaces. It looks prettier than another app that I was considering. As far as capabilities, it's just ok. I still have to do a lot of work on my end, but at least it makes the return process easier for my customers.

Be careful what subscription you select, they will blindside you with overage charges- without warning! Only did a test return process, but it looks nice and clean and so do the emails. Will probably replace with a free Google Form and print the return labels from Shopify

The app works well but really needs the option to let people enter their phone number to search for their order. We are still having to manually handle returns where people checked out with a phone number only. Edited to add that this app is apparently being discontinued. In the meantime it's difficult to access the dashboard because there are constant pop ups asking us to upgrade to the paid version.

It does what it says and it can do multiple products at once. It is not a bad product if you dont mind limited functionality for a free app. You are unable to have a workflow with the return reasons, no rules can be setup, no automation it is just a form, the instructions do not change with each reason selected, the instructions shown during pending approval are the same ship back instructions the customer gets if approved and nothing stops the customer from just sending it back at that point, you cannot refund in the app which creates for more work, it does not update the order or customer notes or timeline, you cannot send an email to the customers for more information or follow up, you cannot edit or customize the text received or branding or layout of ANY emails this sends. It is free and not robust enough to compete but if you wanted something simple and you dont care about the above then go for it as it is on the right track just missing a bunch.

On a basic level its a great app - it makes a streamlined process for customers to process a return on their own. However there are some missing key features that are lacking: 1. You cannot make custom emails. The ones they've written do not look professional and at times had poor grammar. 2. Not possible to process an exchange (maybe your customer got the wrong size, a faulty product, etc.) 3. You cannot create a set of custom parameters based on circumstances. For example you cannot specify how returns are handled for international purchases, purchases of items on sale, etc. 4. The it takes you to an outside page rather than allowing it to be done within your page. Some main updates would make it a great app, as the integration was quite easy and straight forward to use. This is a great app. It’s easy to install and works wonderfully on my theme. It makes my website more professional. Check it out: www.lussocitta.com Update: I don't mind paying for the app, however this dramatic increase in price is hurting. Still trying out this new version, hopefully I don't need to delete it like others.

So far the app seems to be working great! My only complaint is that when I try and preview the emails that are going to customers (this is an option in the app) it comes up blank. I have reached out to the support center @ AfterShip, but have not yet received any response....So I'm giving them 3 stars.
