Worst customer support ever. They are not able to answer simple questions. Furthermore, they are not able to answer all questions. Additionally, they are sending out random wrong emails to our customers even though the email notifications are not ENABLED!!! We pay a shit load of money for this app for an overwhelming bad service as well as not working automation. We are in the search of a new tool. I can only recommend to not use it. In my 6 month with this app I hadn't any good experience. Before I forget. The "HTML" Email is not able to process main styling. That means that if you design an Email in an HTML Builder you have to go manually into the code to fix the email.

Unreliable unfortunately.. Impossible to log in at various times. The app gets stuck in a continuous loop with the log-in page permanently attempting to load, reload etc. We've been unable to add additional users ("Members") to our account which means one single person has to handle the account. Support attempted to help initially however their repeated suggestions don't work. Additionally, the various apps which are produced by the developer are all too similarly branded. Each Homepage has identical colour scheme etc and it's never obvious which app you are trying to use.

Support is one of the least helpful I have ever interacted with. Do not use these guys if you are a larger business. Nothing but headache awaits you and your customers. I have attempted messaging them multiple times, and each time they give me information not pertinent to the question I am asking. Sadly, I am too far in to back out now, but if this is tied with another solution for you, pick the other one.

Not user friendly and customer service is horrible. spent 2 hours building my page, just to not be able to save my progress and have to start over

App is not working. Cannot look up any orders. Keeps giving error saying Wrong order number and email. No way to contact support from the app. What a waste!

Won't let me post any logos to customize return page. Just keeps saying resize the picture even though I've tried resizing it small and large.

I put in the return address in the return address section, but customer still get emails list this: 2. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Return address for the package: [Company Name] [Return Address line 1] [Return Address line 2] [Return Address line 3] [Return Address line 4]

I am rating this a 1 star pending a reply to my emails from the app developer. Have sent two emails over the past 6 days and not a single reply. The banner at the top of my app keeps begging for feedback, so here it is. When can someone assist me and reply to my emails?

This app is indeed easy to use but to suddenly block us from using the app and with the reason that we didn't pay for the user seat is nonsensical and completely unethical. You can't just decide to block app subscribers and change the pricing plan as and when you like. It is unfair, like forcing people to pay against their will. Please please reconsider before installing the app and then getting trapped in it.

Our system has recently introduced multi-membership that allows you to run your store by inviting members to your organization. Each member can log in with their own account. If you try to log in with different email addresses, our system may reckon that there are from different new member to your organization. And this might be where your disruption come from. Our system charge subscription fee for additional members in an organization. While you can choose a plan for multi-seats that is suitable for your business. If you don’t need multi seats, you can always log in to the system with ONE email. But please be aware that only one single login is allowed at the same time. Please check your organization's member settings at "https://organization.automizely.com/members". We will try our best to improve our app. Thank you again for your feedback.

Been using the app for some years now and it was doing an amazing job. But recently they have brought a lot of changes in it and nothing is working like before. I am not even able to access the app altogether. It keeps asking to make new profile and pay them again and again! Im furious!! Totally unreliable! My customers are filling the return forms but my team can't access them! The customers are shouting at us for delaying the returns!

This is not advanced software and can become very expensive once you start to do any volume of returns. The overseas support not v good. They usually answer a different question or don't understand. But the WOSRT thing they have done is after 1 year of my using the app - yesterday none of my team could log-in. Without advising they added a cost per user to the system!!! I could understand if this was really advanced enterprise software - but its not. Now on top of the expensive usage charge I must pay per user seat. Awful case of trying to milk additional cash from existing users. If I could turn back time I would have picked a different provider. I will get off this app as soon as I have a space to do so. Zero stars from me.

If I pay large amounts of money using an app, I don't want to get constantly and everywhere a request for leaving a review. But you got what you wish for now I guess. A 1 star review.

Not able to adjust a rejected order that was rejected by mistake. This needs to be fixed in the app.

It's very basic and is pulling using the wrong address for returns. Not too sure if I am going to keep this or not.

Well, still testing the app. one thing i didn't like about the app, I was forced to write a review in order to utilize some of the app features. I cannot see the "Analytics" Page if I don't post a review :/

App preforms well, most of the time however this is no link to reach customer service. No chat bot. Their billing and upgrade billing is confusing.. again no one to help. I am searching for another app to switch to just dont want to deal with the headache of switching.

I had to move to this app form Bold returns as Bold are no longer supporting that app. The move was pretty painful and took quite a long time with back and forth's with support who take forever to answer. I've had this app for a few months and had an ongoing issue with customers not being able to access the returns portal, and finally I found the issue today. The returns portal does not have an SSL certificate meaning most browsers will not open this page. To which support tell me it will be an extra $10usd a month to add and SSL certificate to make the page safe to browse. This was not advertised anywhere in the description of the app. And I find it a joke that it becomes another cost to bare. I would recommend using a different app.
