Great chat service! super fast and easy experience. am still on the free trial so I have some things to setup but great service.

The customer service is great. We got on a zoom and Shavaz me through the entire troubleshooting process.

I was courteously helped by Pawan, He helped with questions regarding the return methods. I was able to further better my knowledge to help out customers with their returns.

After reviewing other return apps, Returns Center is by far the best for our growing business. The customer support goes above and beyond any app I have ever tried. They chat back instantly and offer screen share to help you get your returns process running smoothly FAST. I am very thankful for all of their advice and help to better the returns process for our team and our customers!

Love the Shopify app! Makes returns and exchanges so much easier especially once I connected the Postmen account. When a return is submitted they automatically get a return label, so that makes it a lot easier for me!
