So far, so good! Aftership is a great addition to my current apps. I previously used another return app, and for me it missed the mark. Aftership manages the return process effortlessly. Keep up the good work.

Very useful app. We use it to create the RMA # and get the reason for return for each customer, who sends the email request. Even if we do not send the return label,( because do not request the return, just send the replacement), we finally have all complaints in one place and nicely organized. There is a useful feature to this app Vs the expensive RMA management systems: you have the control either accept and send the return label (paid or not), or reject. (And you can customize the return policy, the shipping instructions, reason for return options. I wish I can edit the main section as well. I do not like the wording on how to start the return but cannot customize them.) With our product we do not want to encourage the returns on the whim, but rather with the real issue. We have all the necessary information on the website to make the educated decision, before buying and having the control to involve the buyers in communication really helps.

AfterShip makes it super easy to manage all customer returns. Customer's use it to get information about the returns process and to lodge that they are returning an item. It looks professional, builds trust with customers and reduces individual returns inquiries.
