It’s a really nice app! Easy to set up and instruction are clear! Simplify the return and exchange process, more time to work on others!! Worth the install!! Highly recommend !

AfterShip is an essential App for Shopify Shop owners that require a reliable return system. Would have given 5 stars if the AfterShip form that opens on initiating return had customization options like favicon etc.

Returns Center is an amazing app. At first I was a bit skepticism of it especially since such an amazing service was free but now all my worries are cleared. The app has saved us on average 5h of surrport weekly making handling returns super easy. It’s well integrated with our store and support for the custom domain too really helps branding. The app makes returns so simple, before we’d have to ask for a whole bunch of details and manually do it through Shopify but now we simply just have to approve and that’s it! It’s. 10/10 stars app that should be mandatory for every store owner. Best of all, it’s free.

Good tool. Will receive 5 stars when I'm able to edit the canned email being sent right before sending it. I need to be able to quickly include the link to the shipping return label generated through Amazon.

WOW ! what a relief it is to know that this app could meet the customer half way and Me not having to deal with the extra work, Great app and I would recommend it to all entrepreneurs.

This app works perfect and I love that you can match your branding. Our returns process is a lot more streamlined and the page looks cohesive with the rest of our site.
