We just switched review platforms to Reviews.io. So far I've noticed that the customer service is very helpful. I've worked with both Maddox & Luke who were responsive & helpful. The process of importing reviews is quick & easy.

I find the features and intuitive interface really helpful, and the support is absolutely brilliant. I had an issue I couldn’t sort out myself, and the team resolved it very quickly and spot on.

It's a great system and I am happy with the service, easy to use and the support if you do need it is excellent, they are responsive, polite and willing to help.
It's not easy to find a solid review platform if you are running store with multilingual support and clients all over the world. We tried several other review apps, but we are definitely staying with reviews.io. The fact they are google partners and that they have a lot of awesome widgets we can simply use with our shopify store makes them #1 pick for us as a review platform. Their support is alive and helpful and the price for the plan is also reasonable considering the value you get. Don't waste time on other review apps - this one is simply the best.

Reviews.io has delivered exceptional value for money. When we compared it to a much larger competitor, it offered the same functionality and overall service at a MUCH better price. Matching the bigger review platforms feature-for-feature at a much better price is the whole point — automated review collection, widgets, and Google integrations shouldn't cost enterprise money. And we're glad it runs itself: product reviews should generate revenue in the background, not become another job. Thanks for a brilliant 11 months, from the whole team.

Amazing support - especially Seri.
I'm going through some integration issues which I believe are mostly due to my own bad data from import. The support have been great and are working me through everything step by step. The app performs really well so far and looking forward to using more features once I'm fully set up
