We have been using REVIEWS.io for some time and the portal has developed a lot. We recently migrated the website from Magento to Shopify and the migration and integration was straightforward. The support is excellent. Maddox resolved a recent issue promptly. We would have given 5 stars not 4 if it wasn't for the recent near doubling of the price. That said it is still way better value than Trustpilot and I understand a lower cost plan is on the way.

We are happy with reviews.io Once the automated reviews are set-up one can be sure that this topic is crossed of the list. The support is swift and helpful. Have used them a lot and never had a bad experience. Some of the features are not optimally efficient yet (like not being able to one-click sort the list of pending invitations for e.g. order numbers or invitation dates) but those are minor compared to having to do that all manually. So we recommend using reviews.io.

The Reviews.io help team are consistently next level when it comes to sorting out blips with the platform and will go above and beyond to resolve any issues. Very refreshing to deal with. Particular thanks to Jake for assisting me quickly and efficiently this morning.

The app is not easy to understand at first. I had problem installing it. They have a great customer support!!! They did everything for me, they fixed the many issues I had. Specially a BIG thanks to Adam and your patience! The app works perfectly fine on my website.

We have compared many assessment tools. With reviews.io, the price-performance ratio convinced us. Now we have been using it for about a year. The implementation needs some development knowledge. But here you get great help from the support. We have all the functions we need and it works fine. Update: We just relaunched our shop with a new template - and the support team was super helpful. Everything works!

We had ups and downs for a while with reviews.io but it seems to work smoothly now. Our success manager Andrew is willing to help the best he can and is doing a good job so far.

Everything was going well until the actual implementation of the widgets and import of our reviews file. The developers replaced our previous reviews widget on a LIVE PUBLISHED THEME which did not work. So all our products were showing "0 Reviews." When I reached out to my account manager and customer support, they told me it would take up to 2 BUSINESS DAYS to reverse or fix this problem. So I have to sit here and wait 2 days for you to fix your mess-up? Why did you develop on a live theme? I switched because customer service was slower on stamped, but at least they knew what they were doing. I do not have the confidence the rest of our platform is suitable if you can't even manage this simple task. UPDATE: The account manager escalated this to their CEO/CTO and the matter has been handled exceptionally. They stand behind their product.

Es ist sehr leicht das System mit Shopify zu Verbinden und Bewertungen zu Sammeln. Bei Problemen und Fragen ist der Support und die Technik/Entwickler super hilfreich und schnell per Chat zu erreichen.

We've been using the app now for the better part of a year. We've found it easy to work and is has great visibility on Google. It was far cheaper than Trustpilot and the customer facing teams have been good. We recently moved another of our brands over to Reviews.io and I have to say, Carlus really stood out. He ensured we were onboarded successfully, was always quick to respond and helped troubleshoot where necessary - he certainly stood out.

Wonderful support and fantastic product! It's really helping gauge feedback for customers and help assist more people quicker. There are limitations and the cost for add-ons is a little steep but what can ya do, I still love reviews.io

Integrating Reviews.io onto our bespoke Shopify site was simple but what I have appreciated most is the quick and professional turnaround from the support teams (& live chat) whenever I have had a question or issue.

This is an excellent app! The only reason I give a 4 star review, is the pricing. If not for the pricing I would absolutely give a solid 5 star or higher if possible! Would be awesome to have lower pricing if you were not using all the features. Reviews.io is fairly easy to use; their customer service is spot on! We have approximately 9600 'one only' individual products, so pretty hard to place a review on products. On the other hand; having a customer verified review system on your store gives legitimacy to your site. Honest reviews from true customers - positive or negative, it's that little extra that counts. The customers need to make an informed choice of buying from us or another online/brick n' mortar store. We use the sidebar review for overall Company reviews - 117 reviews on our site since we integrated with reviews.io about a year ago, with more customer verified reviews on our google account.
