Customer service has now helped me resolve the issue, and I appreciate their assistance. However, I did have to upgrade my subscription in order to send out a campaign to 5,000 customers. The best part about this app is that you can display Google Seller Reviews from your company reviews, which is a great feature. The team is also very helpful through live chat and can assist with importing reviews from another platform, which made the migration process much easier. However, there are still quite a few downsides. The app can be very clunky with Shopify, and not all of the widgets work properly with every theme. In my case, I've had to have the support team carry out installations in certain areas, which is frustrating because it takes time going back and forth through live chat and directing different people to what needs to be done. Another major limitation is that review reminders are not available on the Start-Up plan. You have to move to a higher-priced plan to access this feature. This seems like an important feature for many stores, as customers don't always leave a review after their first purchase and reminders can make a significant difference to the number of reviews you collect. I also don't think the pricing is transparent enough on the Shopify App Store listing. I'm currently paying around $63 per month for the Start-Up plan, which works out to approximately $758 per year. The Start-Up plan isn't clearly displayed on the Shopify listing, and you have to contact the team through live chat to switch to it, after which you're billed separately. I think the pricing and available plans should be much clearer from the beginning. Overall, the app has some excellent features (more sought after ones you need to upgrade and pay more) and the customer service team has been helpful, particularly with importing reviews and resolving issues. However, there are still significant areas where the app could improve, especially around Shopify integration, theme compatibility, pricing transparency. I hope the developers continue improving these areas because the core product has a lot of potential.

We have been using REVIEWS.io for some time and the portal has developed a lot. We recently migrated the website from Magento to Shopify and the migration and integration was straightforward. The support is excellent. Maddox resolved a recent issue promptly. We would have given 5 stars not 4 if it wasn't for the recent near doubling of the price. That said it is still way better value than Trustpilot and I understand a lower cost plan is on the way.

In general good tool, but you should connect it with klaviyo for better performance.

We are happy with reviews.io Once the automated reviews are set-up one can be sure that this topic is crossed of the list. The support is swift and helpful. Have used them a lot and never had a bad experience. Some of the features are not optimally efficient yet (like not being able to one-click sort the list of pending invitations for e.g. order numbers or invitation dates) but those are minor compared to having to do that all manually. So we recommend using reviews.io.

The app is not easy to understand at first. I had problem installing it. They have a great customer support!!! They did everything for me, they fixed the many issues I had. Specially a BIG thanks to Adam and your patience! The app works perfectly fine on my website.

We have compared many assessment tools. With reviews.io, the price-performance ratio convinced us. Now we have been using it for about a year. The implementation needs some development knowledge. But here you get great help from the support. We have all the functions we need and it works fine. Update: We just relaunched our shop with a new template - and the support team was super helpful. Everything works!

We've been using the app now for the better part of a year. We've found it easy to work and is has great visibility on Google. It was far cheaper than Trustpilot and the customer facing teams have been good. We recently moved another of our brands over to Reviews.io and I have to say, Carlus really stood out. He ensured we were onboarded successfully, was always quick to respond and helped troubleshoot where necessary - he certainly stood out.

Wonderful support and fantastic product! It's really helping gauge feedback for customers and help assist more people quicker. There are limitations and the cost for add-ons is a little steep but what can ya do, I still love reviews.io
