Have been using the app for 6 months now. Have had excellent support throughout and can't recommend them highly enough. Patient with my lack of knowledge, persistent in tackling the issue and above all got the job done. Our site looks amazing with all the reviews. Have tried a few review apps, very happy to have found these guys.

Using this app to give our customers and easy and effective way to write reviews. I am not tech savvy at all and was procrastinating getting something like this set up, but the support team (we worked with Cam!) replied IMMEDIATELY and was extremely extremely helpful. Amazing support! I was struggling to get the app running. I contacted the support and got help immediately. It turned out that the Shopify shop wasn't connected correctly. After a reinstallation of the app in Shopify and some sync time, it now works perfectly.

So far my experience has been great - I'm still very new to the app, so can't give to much insight into it but, I have to say the customer service is top notch - I've been dealing mostly with Kai who has helped out tremendously with the transfer over from yotpo!! Can't thank these guys enough
