Amazing review platform! Really customisable and scalable for multiple products. Customer service is amazing amazing -- they helped me set everything up and answer all my niggly questions within the day! I genuinely feel like I'm in safe hands!

Shivangi, Amador and Kai are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and did the technical setup on top of that. I don't think there can be a better service. Thank you also to the other staff involved in the correspondence. Reviews app and service works very well, and I now have a system of Shopify-Reviews-Klaviyo that meshes neatly.

We were with Feefo, and not very happy as it's super pricy and hard to connect with Shopify. After some research we switched over to reviews.io and couldn't be happier with the onboarding process we had. Used reviews.io in a few other capacities as well, and know they're worth the money. SUPER amazing account management and support! The integration is very clean, and our rep Nancy patiently spent a lot of time answering questions and training other members of our team. When we required development work, it was executed very well and in a timely manner. Really can't ask for much more from a vendor partner!
