Having been using this app for a few weeks, I can honestly recommend to anyone. The customer service is second to none and the devs work so quickly. The ability to customise the reviews is great and they sit beautifully on our site.

Shivangi, Amador and Kai are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and did the technical setup on top of that. I don't think there can be a better service. Thank you also to the other staff involved in the correspondence. Reviews app and service works very well, and I now have a system of Shopify-Reviews-Klaviyo that meshes neatly.

SUPER amazing account management and support! The integration is very clean, and our rep Nancy patiently spent a lot of time answering questions and training other members of our team. When we required development work, it was executed very well and in a timely manner. Really can't ask for much more from a vendor partner!
