We have used reviews.io for some time. I have found the team very helpful with any questions, service and response times is also very good. Overall the app is a perfect addition to our site and does help customers when choosing to purchase a product.

We were looking for a reviews platform for a while when we came across Reviews.io that met all of our needs at a fraction of the cost of some of the other options available. The setup was very simple and the customer service/support is amazing. Their team take the time to review your account on a regular basis to make sure you are optimised for success! Definitely would recommend.

This app provides excellent integration with Shopify. The automation features have saved our staff so much time. The technical help provided by the developer is also amongst the best we've experienced. Highly recommended reviews app.

We looked at a few options as we wanted both a place for our customers to know that our reviews are verified so they can trust them while also allowing these reviews to be seen by Google. The main area that stood out with reviews.io is the support, Vilash in business development and both Amador and Carlus in customer success have been excellent. We asked a lot of questions and they were really helpful and proactive. This stood them apart from others and I'm happy with our decision and implementation.

I used this app to help increase company reviews and collect product reviews whereby customers can also upload pics and videos. Love that Reviews.io has creative widgets and functions to ensure your store is displaying the reviews on the website and social media in an aesthetically appealing way.
