After more than a year as a customer, we find out that our account has been deactivated without warning so they could change the pricing model, no longer offering a "pay-per-use" service but requiring a minimum monthly fee of $200 instead. How is it that current blog resources on their live site, advertised pricing information provided through the Shopify app store, and app reviews as recently as 2 weeks ago all still promote this 'no-longer-supported' pricing plan? Albeit we are a very small customer for them (only sending the few orders per quarter that we are pretty confident are fraudulent as a last step before canceling/refunding them)...it's disappointing that we've continued to receive bi-monthly emails from Riskified about their services and industry updates, yet they would fail to mention in any form of communication to us these changes in pricing, and also forget to notify us that we are no longer their customer. How did we find out about the deactivation? Attempted to submit an order for review and found the password has been changed and can't be reset. So they need more money for their services -- we get it. The new pricing plan might even make sense for us after some consideration, but the implementation (account deactivation?!) was poorly thought through and not a good indicator of what we can expect as a customer moving forward. Anybody else experiencing this recently? This is an unexpected bummer.

So far I have had no problems with this application. When an order is placed I can see if it is suspicious immediately. I would recommend to others.

Riskified took the guessing game out of orders that could be potentially fraudulent. Since installing Riskified we've been able to get an answer for most orders within 1 hour or so and once the order is approved we're able to ship out the package. Great App! We have been working with the Riskified team for more than a year. Not once have they let us down. They always offer 5 star service. Fast reliable and supportive. We really dont know, how many times we would be in trouble, if we weren't using Riskified, to avoid all those fraud attempts that regularly hit luxury online stores. Fantastic software and service... I can't tell you the peace of mind having this app installed gives you and allows you to accept any size order without fear of a chargeback. We have used Riskified for about 2 years now and have only had to claim 1 chargeback. As promised, Riskified covered the chargeback and it was an incredibly easy process. Easily one of the best apps I have ever used....

Riskified has been a key to our growth and streamlining operations since very early on. Compared to competitive services, their direct integration into the approval process has made fraud protection completely hands-off, allowing us to focus on the actual business. Without a fraud service in place, you will either avoid shipping legitimate orders because you're unsure, or you'll get hit with chargebacks unexpectedly. Definitely recommend them!

They will deny your claims, they don't cover anything they say they do. They try there best to avoid covering your chargeback. Avoid this app.. most these reviews are left by there friends. Twice now I have had a chargeback, provided the shipping information showing the customer received the product, the customer filed the chargeback sayign they didn't receive anything... even with tracking proof the customer received the product, riskified denied the claim. This is a horrible company to deal with. AVOID AT ALL COST, youre just throwing your money away, by using them. Everyone you deal with is from another country, they are a scam!

Riskified is a must use for any shop. Great service but more importantly they cut our chargebacks exponentially. Much easier than hiring a full time fraud department. Nice work guys, definitely a service worth having among a sea of under performing apps.

This app is a must for all serious web stores. It provides a great deal of piece of mind when processing orders that have been approved by Riskified, removing the risk associated with selling online. Lately the only issue we have faced is the new policy of Riskified that requires orders taken over phone and entered into Shopify draft orders to be double verified by sending the customer an email from Riskified. The customers are required to find the email, click on a button that opens up the browser and then click on another button to confirm the order. These extra steps are tedious and sometimes hard to explain to our customers why they must go through all these steps before their order can be processed. It is very inconvenient for our customers. This is especially inconvenient to repeat customers. If Riskified can come up with a easier solution to this or go back to how draft orders were being processed before than I would surely give them 5 stars

Great app. Definitely one of the regularly used tools in our toolbox. I love that I only pay if I think an order is fraudulent and I'm wrong. I can't lose. We've been using Riskified for more than a year and highly recommend it.

ATTENTION: Stay away from this Israel based company! This is is a real bad example of a company promising a lot and generating a lot of positive feedbacks, but when it comes to reality they keep nothing!!! Here our story: (1) We had several contacts Riskified BEFORE considering going with that company and installing that app. They always want to call you on get you quickly in the boat. We insisted on written information to have something in the hand in case things would not work out as promised! It took already several rounds to get even a clear PRICE information, a big drawback already at the start, where other fraud protecting company's are clear right from the beginning! But finally we were set and made made the decision to go with them. (2) Installation is easy BUT then the next big hammer: They want your credit card info during the set up and that via an UNSUPPORTED and UNSECURE pop-up window, which was automatically blocked by our PC Internet Security Software - God sake!! That completely damaged our TRUST in that company: How can a fraud protection supplier want to have your own credit card information over dubious connections?? Would you trust such a company? (3) We immediately contacted the company several times over the next 24 hours: NO response at all! We called our first contact: He pormised to clarify the situation and never came back. All subsequent phone calls were blocked (on purpose). We do not want to image what would have happened with such a partner in case of a real urgent fraud?? (4) We finally received an email stating that due to Riskified's checks they would not be able to offer us their service LOL!!! That's how that company treats critical customer, OOHHHAAA. Summary: We can just recommend to every new store: Stay away from these guys and choose a more reliable partner. We finally went over to their direct competitor Sign.... and what a difference: All questions answered in 30 minutes, easy install and a SECURE link for the credit card info upload; that's how it has to be!!! Service meqans zero fraud liability (insurance) for slightly more than at R. (for 1% instead of 0.7%), but clear, honest and so far reliable. We fianlly are happy to dealwith a trust-worthy partner, who by the way informed us, that our first shot seems to not take any new customer in 2015 anymore at all; Surprise ....

We would have a hard time doing business without Riskified. They have been exceptional both in what they do preventing fraud and their customer service in responding and resolving any issues. We recently had an order with a phone number, billing AND shipping address that all matched the credit card used, but a false email address, and Riskified caught it. They have caught a number of fraudulent orders that would have otherwise cost us quite a bit of money. Their service is very affected and I can certainly recommend them to anyone running an online store. I would say they are an essential partner for your online shop.

We love it. Resolving a charge back is quick and easy. We like that it only takes a few steps to resolve a charge back. Saves a lot of time and makes it easy for our staff.
