I wish there were more stars to give. Support is unbelievably fast and within the first day they verified and prevented fraudulent transactions not caught by standard Shopify verification processes.

The worst app ever. First I was invited to use this app by the Riskified.com. After a short time of using they have asked for credit card details. I have inserted all the details and I have continued to continue the app. Yesterday when I tried to login in to my Dashboard I was unable, saying: "Incorrect email or password" and I never changed any details. I tried to contact the Riskified team few times and no answer. Now I'm very worried about my bank details I left in the hand of this people. I will contact the Shopify team to get future help! Dear Shopify users be aware when you use this app and when you will be prompted to give your bank/credit card details. this is a no brainer. after being scammed a few times i needed to find a solution. riskified is that solution. excellent customer service as well. every ecommerce store needs this.

Even if you don't plan to use them much, having the ability to send a suspicious order to them and then pay a reasonable fee for fraud insurance is huge. We have our own integrated third party fraud review tool that we use to identify high risk orders, and then we give those orders to riskified when we can't easily validate them as legitimate. The integration with shopify makes it one click to submit the order, and they get back with answers super quick most of the time. Love it.

I would strongly recommend Riskified to all merchants as an added tool to prevent fraud. With different payment tiers that fit each merchant, Riskified is a cost-effective solution to reduce fraud and maximize order conversion. They take the guess work out of fraud screening and reduce inaccurate order reversals (orders that are reversed because they might be fraudulent, but are not).

Fabulous App!! A definite must have for anyone using Shopify! Easy to Install. Support is great and quick to respond! Credit card fraud is serious business in the ecommerce world. Whether it's taking a financial hit in chargebacks or the double loss of losing our inventory in a fraud order, there is so little, if any, protection for us and we always lose to the credit card companies and the thieves. I've had an online business since '97 and I'm thrilled that there's someone finally watching out for us! Thank you!!

Brilliant app! I don't need them every day, not even every week, but when I get a transaction that is flagged as suspect for one reason or another, I can hand it over to Riskified and let them take all the worry. I can't lose! If they won't take on the risk, then I don't have to pay them and simply refund the customer. No Risk there. Otherwise I pay them a teeny percentage of the order value and they take all the risk. No risk for me there either. This is what's known as a Win-Win. As a small business with small International turnover for large price items, just one or two fraudulent orders would kill me, but now I don't worry. And there really is no one else out there that can help us in this way. Trying to get an honest assessment of the risk in any transaction is virtually impossible, and yet here come Riskified and they manage it over and over. I highly recommend. Ask me if you have any questions about what I've said, these guys changed everything for me.

Riskified is just what the doctor ordered for our store. We ship across USA and fraud is a very real danger for us. Our product lends itself to gifting so typically we get a high number of orders which are ordered using a different address and ships to another address. With riskified's help we are able to ship our orders without hesitation. When there have been claims, they have been quick to refund us entire costs. I recommend Riskified to anyone concerned about not getting paid by customers.

We are a small shop and checking potential fraud, trying to recover actual fraud and answering these types of questions, is not just extremely costly to us in $ terms, but uses time and resources that we can use better for the real work of the store. Riskified allows us to sell internationally without hesitation. After several very large chargebacks by individuals who had stolen credit cards throughout Europe, we needed a solution. Riskified is very high-tech and very easy to use. With one click you submit your order and await their friendly staff's risk analysis. Once you have that, you are in complete control and can choose to ship or cancel the order. We love having this extra layer of security.

If you're a business going online, Riskified is a MUST-HAVE Asset. We started solo without Riskified and had chargebacks that bit deep into our margins. Considering Shopify in general does not support Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode, we could never win the chargeback case with our merchant provider. Thanks to Riskified, we no longer have to worry. They do a great job evaluating the transaction and if there is a Chargeback they get the funds back to you as promised. No Gimmicks, support is solid and this company is the best company I have ever dealt with in so many years. A HUGE sigh of relief for us. We can now focus on making money rather than risk losing it to fraudsters on the Internet. Pay the extra few percentages...in the long run it saves you stress and dreaded chargebacks. Great job guys! Wonderful! I only have used this for a couple of my orders that looked sketchy, but it was so nice to have an option instead of bothering the customer with verification questions or declining what could be a good order. Riskified takes the guess work out. Guarantees your money and only charges a small fee for this. Chargebacks would cost a whole lot more! I highly recommend this for every online merchant!

We ship worldwide, and this has caused many problems for us when it comes to fraud, this app is great and is definitely the answer. We were skeptical at first, however it has proven useful time and again. The pricing is extremely reasonable and is well worth the minor percentage compared to hundred's of Euro's.
