I use this app to load my customer’s email list. I am very happy with the service, and more than happy with their customer service. Abbie did an excellent job answering all my questions and giving me very valuable information that will help to grow my business.

I just needed help with one thing, which was removing the widget. However, when I got into contact with Abbie I ended up with so much more. She gave me tips on how to improve my store, responded very quickly, I even got a little follow-on Instagram lol, and much more. Customer service was overall perfect and I'm glad that I choose RIVO.

Jel was quick and efficient with removing the Rivo branding. As someone who is still learning from her online business, I am open to any recommendations to better my store. Jel suggested me using a feature I didn't know about and I thank her for that. Great customer service Jel.

I was creating a popup discounts and I requested help to get the Branding removed from the popup. It asked me to send them a quick chat message to verify my store, so they can help me with my request. I had the honor to chat with Pete. The service he provided was outstanding! 10s across the board! He went above and beyond. Response was quick, very will informed. With this kind of service, definitely recommend this app to everyone.

Customer was fast and efficient. The customer service by THE ONE AND ONLY ABBIE, was AMZAZING. She made me feel welcomed and like a priority. She deserves more than 5 stars, Im giving her 10. Ho installato ed usato l'app da poche ore e devo ammettere che rispetto alla precedente che avevo e alle altre che sono in giro è davvero sorprendente! Si configura e personalizza in modo semplicissimo ed è subito tutto chiaro. Ho contattato l'assistenza per la rimozione del branding e subito ho avuto il piacere di parlare con il gentilissimo PAUL che ha esaudito la mia richiesta. Che dire, la consiglio a tutti!
