My current shop version doesn't have a pop-up, so I installed Rivo for free. I needed the "Powered by Rivo" brand removed, so I started a chat with Betty. She was very helpful and had that taken care of speedily. She's also funny. Thanks, Betty.

I used rive to help me boost sales, this app is amazing, very efficient and easy to manage, and the customer service I received off Betty was 1st class!

This app is super user friendly and flexibly. By far, though, the best part of using this app is the customer service by Lance. He was quick to make adjustments that I asked for, gave me some free additions, and provided amazing support while I created my pop-up. Well done!!!!
