i was so happy to find an app that provides discount popups that you can edit yourself. also, their customer service is really good. knowledgeable, professional and timely. so far, so good. :)

Very easy to use and set-up! Customer service was on point as well, Paul was a big help when trying to remove the 'Powered by Rivo" label!!!

As a new customer, Jel provided the most fantastic support. She made me feel like the most important person she had helped all day. As a small independent retailer, there is only one person managing everything - so to get personalised help is a godsend! And the pop up will hopefully help us build our database!

Paul was an amazing help! He helped me solve all the issues with the app. The only thing that would make this a 5 star review is if the app came working 100% ie. -Pop up should be centered to the website -Icon upload should use PNGs -Custom CSS should be default unlocked. It feels like these things were intentionally broken to make you contact support and give them a 5 star review.

We have not began to use the app in store yet as we have been working on the kinks. The customer service we received today was wonderful. Jel was so so helpful and answered all of our questions we had. She also is a mind reader and suggested a couple of other add on apps that we have been talking about looking into and getting started. I can not wait to check out her recommendations.
