Not tried the app fully yet but the support in setting it up and removing branding was great. The customer representative was very helpful and quick with their response.

Amazing customer service! Would give 10 stars if I could. Yaci answered my questions and even sent resources on things that could improve my store outside of the app

Customer support is very fast and helpful. We encountered an issue with our popup settings and reached out through chat. The response time was less than one minute and the solution was figured out in less than five. 10/10 support experience.

I love email popups! It has all the features I need for my new store and the support was amazing. Which is so important to have. Paul helped me set stuff up and was so knowledgable on the software. If I could give him 100 stars I would. Thanks Paul! I totally recommend Email popups!

PHENOMENAL product, and an even more mind blowing customer service line, geeeeeeeeez, these people are simply gonna skyrocket being this awesome. The customer service rep analysed my site and gave me tips on how to remove and improve things, for FREE lol
