Before finding Rivo, I went through most of the other apps with popup solutions, but they were either lacking features or the backend was too complicated. I am glad to have discovered this app because not only does it cover all the features we need for our store, it also has a great backend for setup and settings. To top it off, the customer service is top-notch, Jel helped me out very quickly during the setup process. I am happy to make a recommendation!

The design of this software is very user-friendly and allows users to put in HTML code. And the support team helped me solve my query very quickly and smoothly. I recommend it to everyone.

It was really easy to install, and the standard template provided is what I was looking for. Great customer service. Helped me in removing the "Powered by Rivo" message on pop-up for free.

This is the first time I use an app with an exceptional service from Abbie. She even added an extra feature without me asking and even like & follow my page for supporting. This is what real customer service is! Need more Great App & Service like RIVO!
