The app is straightforward and easy to use. I started a chat to enable custom css and the customer service representative Abbie was very helpful and offered to help me remove the app's branding as well. Very nice experience.

the App is great easy to navigate, and customize, my agent mica was fast and helpful, concise and told me everything i needed to know she went above and beyond and had some great tips to help me improve my store great customer support, thank you

The Rivo email pop up is great and the support team is really fantastic. My support person, Jel, walked me through everything. She visited my Shopify store and enabled a few extra features to make the pop up window super customizable.
