My CSR Pete was quite patient in his responses. Rivo has invested a lot in the email popups and it being completely free has the CSRs even more enthusiastic to assist. Highly recommend. UPDATE: THEY ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY YOU MAY THINK OF SPENDING ON OTHER APPS! I had a little glitch and my CSR- Pete had to contact the tech guys and made sure it was fixed. Shout out to Lea for stepping in while I thought I was left to crickets. Every product can be elevated if you just go the "extra." For Rivo, that extra is in Customer service and they represented well. I hope they keep this culture.

Great and quick support, Pete responded quickly and provided all the info I needed. There aren't many design options without css knowledge, but great interface and easy integration.

So far this app has been quick and easy to use. I was on a support chat to unlock custom css (for free) and Abbie was super helpful and a joy to work with. She was eager to help without being overwhelming or uncomfortable. I loved working with her for the short time we chatted.

This app is amazing, you can do a lot with it, there are many customizing options. Also the option of having custom css option gives more opportunities to edit it.
