At first, I thought when I send out a question, it would take forever to receive an email. However, after sending out questions, I got a reply in less than a minute. It's still baffling me how they do it. Additionally, Pete was the one who answered my question. After that, he went on to give me additional advice for my website. Amazing customer care. The pop-up is also really easy to set up. However, I recommend adding a feature where it's possible to remove the no thanks button as some websites would want an email 100% of the time. Other then that, everything is amazing. Will reccomend.

I absolutely love this app!. It is so easy to use and set up. The support Person Yaci, helped me today. She was beyond sweet and always had fun responses to my comments. She also went out of her way to customize the pop-up with my logo, and helped with some color issues. It was a very delightful experience, and its a free app!! Thank you for making such an amazing app, and real, friendly, knowledgeable staff to help.

Would 100% recommend. I've used other paid apps that aren't even close to being as easy to use. And the best part: the support is AMAZING. I just received the best customer service I've had in a LONG TIME. Yaci helped me out and I was able to set everything up so quickly!

So far the experience has been good. Especially with the chat lady named Jel. She needs a raise, for real. Helped me a LOT and also gave some nice tips on how to improve my store, for which I am very grateful. She deserves a raise.
