The app is very easy to navigate and get set up for what I needed to have. It's nice that the branding can be removed too. The staff is very helpful and really nice as well

JEL WAS AMAZING THANKS FOR THIS ! I needed a quick option to enable email so that I can capture the customers that come to my store and this really helped me. Jel also mentioned the favicon option which is something I needed to do but forgot thanks for the help to small busineses !

I haven’t used the app yet but it seems convenient for e-commerce websites. The person that assisted me did a great job of explaining and advising.

Rivo's popups are exceptional. The Email Pop-up customizer is easy to navigate and integrate into an online store. The customer support is better than any other I have worked with. Abbie had fantastic communication and response time as she guided me through everything I needed help with. Will definitely continue working with Rivo in the future.
