Excellent product and support! Works great on my Shopify store and the support in offering help for the site outside of the domain of the app is incredible.

Easy to use, does the job. Works right out of the box and displays well on mobile devices which is not always the case. Plus, their customer care (Abbie) has been stellar!

The app worked perfectly! I needed to get the pop-up running as fast as possible and Rivo delivered. I am not too technically inclined and very inpatient and was able to easily get things up an running quickly. The customer service is top notch and their agent added value through my site. The agent, Abbie, was very helpful.
