I recently launched my new Shopify store to sell my handcrafted products. I'm OK with technology, but I'd rather spend my time working on my craft, so I look for partners to help me run a great site. Rivo's product are great, but more importantly, the support I received from Lance was incredible! He was friendly, thoughtful, and helped me get two Rivo apps running on my store with no hassle. Great app. Nice and simple layout and very user friendly to use. I contacted Lance from the support team. Lance solved my query super quickly and also provided some insights on my store layout and a couple of suggestions regarding how to further customise the store. Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a pop up banner.

Rivo is really user friendly and there is a lot of section for personalizing your popups! Also customer service is really nice, helpful and friendly. Lance helped me about couple of my questions. It was such a good experience. I would absolutely recommend this app.
