Ho installato ed usato l'app da poche ore e devo ammettere che rispetto alla precedente che avevo e alle altre che sono in giro è davvero sorprendente! Si configura e personalizza in modo semplicissimo ed è subito tutto chiaro. Ho contattato l'assistenza per la rimozione del branding e subito ho avuto il piacere di parlare con il gentilissimo PAUL che ha esaudito la mia richiesta. Che dire, la consiglio a tutti!

This app does exactly what we needed. A pop up with a discount if they join our email list. My support person was Yaci and she was awesome! She suggested some other things that we could do to better our Shopify site. It wasn't an upsell for anything, just a link to how to do something to provide better visibility of our website. How cool is that?

I downloaded Rivo for email pop ups. Once I started navigating the app the customer service team was extremely helpful to answer all question and she even suggested a few changes on my website not-related tp Rivo but just an honest opinion and a valuable as well.

Customer service rep, Pat, might be the best that I've ever come across. I'm currently setting up the app now. This is all totally new for me. Yet thus far the experience has been simple. I wanted an app that would provide the discount code immediately after signing up...so they wouldn't have to leave the site to check email. Plus, I love that if a person dismisses the sign up...they can still retrieve it later on.
