So far, I like this widget/app, but I just implemented it, so we will see in the coming days as customers use it. I will say that from a style perspective, it would be ideal that it carried the main font from the site (as it is a iframe, it doesn't), but with custom CSS enabled I could copy the styles for the site over to the custom CSS area. Out of the box, it would be ideal that the popup was styled better (more whitespace), but, again, with custom CSS, you can accomplish all you need. Jel from support was a great help!

This app was very easy to set up with a lot of great customization options. Really allowed it to integrates seamlessly into my website. The fact that the emails automatically sink with Shopify emails is ideal. This is by far the best free pop-up app, but I believe it is better than a lot of the paid options offered. The customer support was phenomenal helping clear up questions with the app but also adding a few tips to help us out and even offering to follow us on instagram. Shout out to Abbie at Rivo.

I've only had the app for a short time so it's hard to make any decisions yet. However, the app works very well. It connects directly to Shopify and the customer sees the discount code right on the screen and doesn't have to go back to email. This is a huge benefit for me. I am also very happy with the way the customer account works. Especially Miss Arianne was very helpful and proactive in helping me with the whole installation and now everything works perfectly. Thank you for your work.
