Excellent support service! quick, proactive and knowledgeable. The app is just what I needed, and the fact that it is free is extremely appreciated from the point of view of a one-person small business.

I have only just started using this app, but it's extremely straight forward and very user friendly. I needed some virtual assistance and Pat was not only helpful, but friendly and engaged as well. I *literally* blew thank-you air kisses at my computer screen after he was able to help me! Superb customer service

We actually started using this app to provide customers opt in pop ups and to nudge them to a little indulgence in their purchase decision. The set up was super easy and the pop up seems to be working, No issues so far, touch wood. And their chat agents are easy and prompt to connect and we had a chance to get CS agent Arianne's help and they were super helpful.
