Easy, fast, amazing! Had a talk with one of their support team member, Lance, to remove the branding. It was super quick, awesome guy. 100% recommend it.

The installation and ability to customize the pop-up were very easy. Also chatted with Lance to remove the Rivo logo (which by the way is FREE), and he provided a few tips that I had not even considered to improve my site.
